This place sucks. Ordered online, 3 sandwiches, a salad and a soup. 2 milkshakes and a couple drinks. They called me immediately and said they were out of ice cream and said they would take them off my check. My girlfriend and her mom picked up the food and came back to find there was no soup and no dressing for the salad. Called and spoke to Logan I believe and he said he would make sure I wasn't charged for the soup or the milkshakes. Charge on my card went through for the full amount.
Looking for a great sub???? In the area???? Go here great staff friendly and ready to serve you with a smile. Great selection of subs and soups. I ordered the Italian and it was superb. My only regret I should have eaten in the store vice the truck. If your hungry. Go here.
Excellent sandwiches. Had the Mama's Meatballs and it was very good. I like how they toast every sub. The Mac and cheese was a little dry, but that's a minor nitpick. I wish there was a Potbelly's back home in Orlando!
Went there yesterday with my family. I locked myself out of my car by accident when trying to leave and the staff was more than compassionate about our situation. Went above and beyond to make my 19 month old son comfortable/entertained while we were stuck waiting. I wish I got the names of the two women who were working to properly thank them. They are both amazingly kind women & made our embarrassingly stressful situation bearable. I’ll never forget them. Food is good & staff is great.
Customer service was on point, 4 people were working there at 1130. I got an original size Cuban on multigrain bread
and added a chips and drink.
Total was $12.80, seems a little pricey for such a small order. It was really hard to see the pork in the sandwich. I had to open the sandwich and move the ham around because it wasn't evenly distributed. Too much spicy brown mustard was put on and I had to scrape some off along with someone's eye lash🤢.
Needless to say, not going back anytime soon...
The past two times I've been here, I have ordered ahead by at least 20 minutes. Both times I've had to wait. The first time I waited almost an hour after the "pickup time" I was given in the app. In this order was a icecream sandwich. They made the icecream sandwich before they made the regular sandwich. By the time I recieved the icecream, it was half melted. I was sick of waiting so I just left. Today, I waited just over 20 minutes after the "pickup time." We ordered a "Big" sandwich and a milkshake. The sandwich was less than adequate, I feel like we paid $8 for a fancy piece of bread. The sandwich was cut into 3 pieces. It looks like they made a regular size sub, with proper meat, then made a small with half the meat. See the picture, with the measly little strip of ham. I will NOT be returning to this location. Huge let down.
For what you get in amount and flavor it is not worth it. Worst baked potato soup I ever had.
The food was good but they have advertisements all over saying it doesn't take more than 8 minutes to get through the line. We went during the lunch rush, and they were apologetic, but it took 22 minutes to get through the line. Don't advertise a maximum wait time if it is going to take almost 3x as long. Most of the problem seemed to be take out and delivery services occupying the staff's time. If they notice a line growing they should have a way to stop taking those orders temporarily and focus on the customers in front of them until they are caught up. Either that or offer something small like a discount or cookie if you can't meet the 8 minute wait guarantee
